Gratitude, Growth, and the People Who Make It Possible

It’s been a while since I’ve written a personal update.

Not because there hasn’t been anything to share, but because this past year has been one of the busiest and most rewarding seasons of my career.

Educational Support Services has had the opportunity to support state curriculum initiatives, collaborate on large-scale educational projects, work within the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) region, and build relationships with incredible international partners who share our commitment to improving educational outcomes for students and teachers.

The work has been challenging, meaningful, and at times felt nearly impossible. Tight timelines. Complex requirements. High expectations. Projects spanning multiple grade levels, content areas, states, and countries.

And through it all, one thing has become abundantly clear:

No one builds something meaningful alone.

As I reflect on the growth of ESS, I find myself overwhelmed with gratitude for the people who have walked this journey with me.

Some members of our team have worked alongside me for three years in a row. They have reviewed thousands of pages, tackled countless quality assurance checks, navigated changing requirements, and somehow always found a way to deliver exceptional work.

Others joined me on projects that seemed impossible at the outset. The kind of projects where everyone wondered how we would get everything done on time. Yet time and again, these talented professionals stepped up, solved problems, supported one another, and delivered results that exceeded expectations.

What makes me especially proud is that many of those collaborators have become long-term members of the ESS team. What started as professional partnerships has grown into something much more meaningful: a community of talented educators, reviewers, curriculum specialists, editors, and project leaders who genuinely care about the quality of their work and the impact it has on students.

The work we do is often behind the scenes. Most people never see the late nights, the detailed reviews, the discussions about standards alignment, the countless quality checks, or the dedication required to ensure educational materials meet the highest standards.

But I see it.

And I am grateful for it every day.

To everyone who has trusted me, partnered with me, reviewed alongside me, encouraged me, challenged me, and helped build Educational Support Services into what it is today—thank you.

Thank you for your expertise.

Thank you for your professionalism.

Thank you for your friendship.

Most of all, thank you for believing in the mission.

As we continue expanding our work across states, districts, and international markets, I am excited about what lies ahead. The opportunities are growing, the partnerships are strengthening, and the vision is becoming even clearer.

The future of ESS is bright, not because of any one person, but because of the incredible people who choose to be part of this journey.

I am truly filled with gratitude.

Here’s to the next chapter.
